Rush Fees
If your event is scheduled within the next two weeks, we require full payment and a rush fee ($25+) will be included in your invoice.
Design Change Requests: Three Changes Max
To ensure that we deliver a beautiful piece that aligns with your vision, we request that you provide us with detailed information of everything you would like included. Please note that we allow a maximum of three changes during the design process. If, after three changes, we are unable to create an item that meets your expectations, we will gladly refund your deposit. To help us craft the perfect piece, please provide as much detail as possible when we ask you questions about your design preferences.
Designs Proof vs. Physical Product
We make every effort to match the precise color scheme you have in mind. However, please bear in mind that the colors may appear slightly different in real life compared to the screen, due to the physical cardstock used.
Turnaround Time
The duration for the completion of your order is dependent on the time taken for design approvals and client response. Typically, the design process takes 5-7 business days. After approval, production time varies based on the size of the order. We will keep you updated on the estimated turnaround time for your order through the proposal.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We communicate with you in detail before creating a design and ensure you sign off on a design proof before we create any items.

Shipping & Handling
We take great care to pack our products carefully and safely before shipment. However, we are not liable for any damage that occurs once the item has been shipped.
