• No Returns/Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We provide detailed design proofs for your approval before production to ensure your satisfaction.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit will be required before the design process begins.
• Shipping: We take great care in packaging your onesie to ensure it arrives safely. While we are not liable for damage incurred during shipping, we will assist you in any claims with the shipping carrier.
